I had a great time while i stay at the hotel.

I do like the location where it was very accessible to everything that we need. Most of all, all the staff were very accommodating…

I just dont like their toilet and bathroom, it needs renovation because it looks dirty and old.

Great R&R location

Love the pool area. So peaceful and relaxed. The hotel itself is perfect to getaway from the busy city even your in the city. The trees surrounding the hotel made it more you're outside the city proper.

I did not get the right bedroom configuration. They provided 2 single beds instead of a standard queen. It was stated in my booking for couple of weeks. They had plenty of time to reserve that room for that day. There was no notification from the hotel staff. I was surprised when I opened my room. And there was no option. They said the hotel is fullybooked. I just can't sleep when there's another empty bed beside me. It gives me the creeps. So I called my friend to accompany instead. Apologizing will not suffice if it's the hotel's mistake.

fairly well - hotel is near the venue of the event we were attending.

food is superb!

toiletries were not readily in the bathroom; busted water heater for the shower -- housekeeping details that could have been checked before we arrived as we checked in late (10 pm). not our first time to stay so it's sad that this time it is not as good as our previous stays.

I like the old world charm the building has;

I like the old world charm the building has; the small but grand lobby. The staircases to the bar at level 3 is beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly. I felt like at home when I arrive from my outings. The staff at Cafe Alicia is very attentive esp when I'm with my little daughter. Reception and lobby staff are superb. House-keeping is the best - Shirley. Thank you! Thank you for a great experience.

There is nothing I didn't like. But a few things can be updated ... Maybe the pool can be made more appealing for kids/family. It's a very grand small hotel with old world charm. The outside needs just a "gurney" (Australian term) or a hose of water to make it clean and sparkling again. The elevators were being updated when we were there so that is good.

Good for one night

There are a nice restaurant nearby. Service is excellent. Staff was professional and helpful. From the outside it look very decent and luxurious. Probably it was a very expensive and luxurious hotel some time ago. However, we were glad we didnt have to stay there longer. It is a perfect hotel for one night.

We had an overnight stay in this hotel. Expected better. Hotel is worn out, outdated. Lack of modern amenities like electrical wall sockets. AC is as loud as lawnmower and has a musty smell.

The good things is the hotel very close to shopping mall- SM shopping mall and other.

Counter's staff and Security Officers very courteous ! Although BF food was nice but limited assortment ! Compared to Bangkok, the hotel here is expensive.

On 25th Feb 19, we check-in at 8th floor, noticed the window air-con was very noisy. the next day morning we request for changed of room, the counter's staff quickly responded and replaced us with Family room at 6th floor. after check-in to Family Room, I noticed the toilet bowel was choked, reported to front office, they get maintenance to rectified the issues. We like the check-in lobby office and the BF rest. but, the hotel is rather too old, I believed more than 20 years ! Management needs to upgrade his window air-con to system air-con, and do some upgrade on the hotel !

Stay here for spacious rooms (but need updating) and be prepared to travel to get anywhere decent.

The rooms were spacious eventhough a little dated. The rooms showed on the website is not quite the room we got. Bar on the third floor was nice and has a private karaoke room. Room service and Cafe Alicia food was great and good value for money.

The reception staff a bit incompetent when we were making a booking face to face. Opted to book online and turns out to be cheaper. I don’t know how their system works but checkin didn’t go smoothly. The breakfast room also had issues with how many people we had included for breakfast and had to keep checking/asking reception. The pool water is cold. The hot water for showering runs out and we had to wait awhile before next person can shower. Nearby Harrison Plaza shopping mall is not worth going to except for the SM shop. Need your own transport or use of taxi to go anywhere but traffic is an issue. Was told by the local people we know, area is not safe to walk around.

Good feeling, friendly staff, great food at alicia cafe/restaurant !

The food at alicia cafe/restaurant was really great, everything we ordered on the menu was delicious !! It's not healthy but we are smokers and our room was a smoking allowed room. Room service was very good and laundry was cheap and good! Television was first in living room but the staff was very helpful to move everything to the bedroom. Everyone was very friendly at the accommodation. Very nice surroundings gives you a feeling your in a place of calm nature.

Breakfast was not special. The kitchen at the room did not have any connecting power current so we had to use the water cooker on the ground for our coffee .. The water in the bathroom was hot but sometimes it wend cold like there was a timer build in, but later it worked again maybe it needs a little more maintenance. Little bit pricey all in all.

The water temperature was warm not very hot when showering we didn't even need to turn on the cold water. Our shower leaked onto the bathroom flooring making it constantly wet. There was only two power points in the whole hotel room.

Had a great stay, hotel kindly arranged a Grab for us when required. Location is very good.

Reception area is very well decorated. Check in was efficient. Hot shower, fluffy towels, kettle and beverages. Cafe for buffet breakfast was excellent, great variety to suit all tastes. Service excellent, friendly staff.

A hard mattress, bedding was clean but very thin. There were little tears in the sheets. Just minor things not enough to spoil a holiday. It was a basic room and value for money.

Cozy and home-y vibes...

The staff were very courteous (they even allowed me to change a room coz I preferred the one with a bathtub). The breakfast was superb. The room (executive suite -- and the whole place itself) was actually peaceful and quiet; perfect for chilling on a Friday night.

During my stay, the slippers were out of stock. Also, when the water from the bathtub overflowed, the receiving area (the ones with the sofa and stuff) got a bit flooded, so the flooring needed some design improvement, I guess. During breakfast, hot chocolate's not available.
